1. Returns & Refunds Policy
At Pinnacle Ayre, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the sneaker resale market, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item received is incorrect or not as described.
- If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at via Instagram or Facebook with photos of the issue.
- Refunds will only be issued if the claim is approved. Otherwise, we may offer store credit or an exchange at our discretion.
- All items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, and with all original packaging.
2. Order Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified due to the fast-moving nature of sneaker resale.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory issues, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- We ship via UPS, with tracking provided once your order is dispatched.
- Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7 business days.
- International Shipping: Please contact us.
- Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider for claims.
